sure, look at how messed up our Veterans are when they come back from war. why woud you think any different on human sacrifices with experiments. My take on it is that everytime we go to the doctor's for medicine..were their experiments, because half of the sh** isn't even approved by the FDA or Dept. of Health and Human Resourses. And look at us now.

Perhaps I'm naive to think no one would tolerate it now, but certainly in the past, the medical community had a little more, uh, moral flexibility about conducting experiments on unsuspecting (that is non-voluntary) human subjects.

In no particular order, and more or less off the top of my head:

The Tuskeegee Syphilis Study (1933-1972)
MKULTRA & related projects (1950s)
Army experiments with psychedelic agents (1950s and 60s - there is actually videotape out there of some of these experiments - the ones where they give soldiers PCP without their knowledge are especially interesting)
Involuntary forced sterilization (1900s - 1970s) of the mentally ill, mentally retarded, American Indians (that's right, the United States and other Western European countries also engaged in Nazi-style eugenics programs )

I could go on ...

they certainly have in the past. They have taken military and exposed them to different nerve gas and other agents in the past..

I also believe during atom bomb testing they had a group of soliders run towards it to see what it would do to soliders in battle..I saw it on the history channel..

They still do it... not so drastically as you write, but they definitely do. Many chemicals used for food have still unknown effects, for example.
