get a pair of Levis made the same? I was told this and thought the person was barking mad, But got 3 pairs of 505's and only 1 pair fit nicely?

i have that same problem with levis
but for me i can fit sizes right
like if i get a size 3 there too small
if i get a size 5 there too big
and thats just one size up
and i normaly wear size 1 jeans
and when i get levis there 1 is like way too small
so levis fit only certin people and certin sizes
and shapes
but at least you have a pair that fits

All jeans are like that, I found a perfect pair of jeans and when I bought another in the same size style and make they weren't nearly as nice as the first pair. The worst are "Friday afternoon" jeans when the side seam twists round your leg

I have worn Levis for years. Never got anything except the exact same fit.

No jeans are exactly the same, when they cut them out, they cut out loads at once, therefore those at the top of the pile are a different size to those at the bottom of the pile. It isn't exclusive to Levi's.

All clothes are made differently. Linear placement never lets two objects be identical due to chaos theory (if you don`t know what that is get a copy of Jurassic park and let Dr. Ian Malcom explain)

depends levis are made in so many different countries you have t oget the jeans from the same batch to get the same fit.

May be your weight changed since you tried other pairs.
I did see this thing on TV about how they make jeans on Discovery Channel.
I think it's called 'How They Make It' See if they run that again.
