Why is Late Night With Conan O'Brien always a rerun on Mondays?

Does he always take that day off? or does it show on somewhere else? (like CNBC)? he is never new on mondays., anyone else notice this?

I know there's a lot of reruns, but I didn't know they're always on Monday. I've seen a lot of reruns on Friday, too.

I don't know why, either, but I'd also like to know.
