When I was in South Africa my mom sent me a bunch of candy, though I don't think any of it was chocolate (because why would you need American chocolate in South Africa when there is Cadburys?!) But when she sent me the package she marked on the outside for customs that it contained gifts, and didn't specifically list all the varied things inside. That was for safety so no one would take anything out of it, and also because sometimes you have to pay extra fees depending on what you ship. So definitely send her the Snickers...I know what it's like to miss American candy! Though the thing I missed, oddly enough, was cereal aisles packed with cereal on both sides, and so many different brands...it was like heaven returning back to America :)

send her some. I am sure she can get them if she looks at speciality sweets shops. But send her some anyway

Try and send some, but I'm not sure what customs would do with it?
