she mostly wears heels but when she wears sneakers, she says she cant tie them...so she sticks them inside her shoe...and i was wandering would it offend her if i offered to show her how to tie them?...i mean or is she just a retardt or something...seriously, wtf?

suggest you tie them with elastic instead of laces - then she can just slip them on...on the other hand it may come in handy if her knicker elastic ever snaps.
