Try buying a DVD and learning at home in your spare time.

This one seems good:

Can you add dance lessons to your schedule? Just one class a week? Can you go dancing on the weekend with your friends? Can you just have fun and not worry about what you look like? Can you just jam out to some music videos at home and have fun? There are some things to do. Some people learn by watching music videos completely. Take a hip hop class jazz or ballet. Anything will make your more graceful. Just do not take country it is a very choppy form of dance and your seizure activity will continue.

Dance is nothing but moving with rythem. I have seen school girls waking down to school in pairs their walk perfectly rythematic and in unison. All this unconsciously. When I called upon the Principal to congratulate for this she told me that considerable exercises have gone into it. You can start teaching yourself to bring rythem to your movements. Others may criticise it as much too artificial. Don't listen to them.Had the first monkey which climbed down from the tree and tried to balance its steps on hind feet had listened to the derison of his fellows walking on all fours mankind would not have evolved to this stage.Try to practice graceful movements by watching TV and go on.Dancing is no secret knowledge to be divulged by gods . Even a child does not have to be taught to walk. You can do all these exercises in spare time, between classes or school recess. As you become more surefooted perhaps you may seek formal lessons from some dancing classes. If your basics are well you may pick up the formal steps very quickly and before you count 100 you will find that you are a dancer in your own right. Good luck.

All right, I'll help u. I love dancing too.

First, get your favorite disco, cardio, funky music CDs and play one of them.

Then, you wanna try to get in the groove first. Move your shoulders up and down to the beat of the music, then gradually do the same with your arms, hips, legs, and head. While doing those things, do the wave with your body parts at the same time, in the mix! You can invent any moves as you dance.

You can also purchase the Dance, Dance Revolution dance pad and video game software. Its a really cool device and me and my siblings use it all the time. You can buy it at Fry's Electronics or any electronic store. You can also rent the movie Saturday Night Fever and Flashdance. Saturday Night Fever stars John Travolta, and there are clips of him on the Internet as well. You can also purchase a music video of Michael Jackson.

Good Luck and never quit dancing!

Dancing is a form of more graceful, slower walking, or else more coordinated, faster and more spectacular steps. If coodination is the problem, first practice hours of walking, concentrating on graceful form as well as aerobic fitness. If your sense of rhythm sometimes flags, begin with slow treadmill walking, gradually learning to walk with economy and grace, followed by faster aerobic exercise, and, as the muscles get firmer and the joints more limber, get into aerobic dance. I'm surprised that you have learned karate moves yet cannot learn dance steps. Find a friend to help you learn to dance. Basics can be viewed in a book from the library, but a book can't dance with you.

Dancing is all about letting out your feelings in the form of artistic movements. Dancing is of course, whatever you want to call dancing. If your uncomfortable with dancing, try in front of a mirror. Look at MTV. Watch how they dance, loosen up (stretch before you dance), and go for it. You gotta let your feelings out in your movements, and let it be - dont think of anyone else except yourself and your movements, then you will dance! =)

Well you can practice on your own by using videos and such but honestly the best way to get better is to take class. On your own you wont have anyone to correct your technique. But it also depends on what kind of dance you want to learn too!

turn on the music you like, lock yourself in your room and stand in front of the mirror. then just dance, trying to be graceful. it's not such a big deal now, you just do it, it's lie kissing. something you know since birth, you just have to give it a try. if you want classical dances though you could go to a course..

:) you can take dance lessons or have a friend or love teach you. Dancing is supreme expression of your heart, dance from your heart and if others dont like it, their heart isnt into their own dancing.
