You ask three questions, so I'll deal with each seperately:

North Korean Missiles:
Yes, the North Koreans are currently trying (Please Note: TRYING) to develop long range missiles capable of reaching the US west coast. Their recent test firing of their long range missile was a disaster, with the missile exploding seconds after takeoff. Sober analysts are skeptical that North Korea has the technical capacity to produce such a missile for many years. And in any event, it would not be difficult for current American technology to take out such a missile while it sits on the launchpad. Don't worry.

USA Deployed To Syria:
I don't know at what level your friend's brother works; but it sure can't be very high up. This idea is preposterous on its face. The US forces are currently bogged down in Iraq, and they haven't the capacity to deploy troops to Syria. Furthermore, it would be politically disastrous for the US to even contemplate such a move as it would stregthen AL Qaeda and simultaneously weaken the regimes of our nominal allies in the region (Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan). As much as the US dislikes the Assad regime in Damascus, they understand too well that ultimate peace in the region can only be achieved by negotiating with the Syrians. An invasion is absolutely not on the table. Don't worry.

Bringing back the Draft.
This is another "no-brainer." Nobody at the Pentagon or the White House is making plans for this. While certain people are protesting the war in Iraq on a variety of grounds, the level of protest is very muted in comparison with the protests that erupted in the 1960s surrounding Vietnam. Why? Because in the 1960s the US had a draft. That's why. If everyone lost their minds and decided to bring back the draft, the streets would erupt in violence. George Bush has enough problems on his hands, and I assure you he's not in any position to bring back the draft. And even if he did wish it, there is absolutely no way (and I mean there is absolutely NO WAY) that Congress would ever go along. Don't worry.

Bottom Line to all of the above questions" DON'T WORRY!

Well, tonight I read a report that all frontlines media is not allow to do news reporting until further notice...The US government issued a memo today..

So that would be in line with what you are talking about

although, it that were true..then this would be another 9/11.. the government would let it happen first, before doing anything..

Max damage for max results seems to be this admins motto...
