i want to hangout with my two neighbors just the two of them. one of which believes i have a crush for her. i think what i should do is invite them over to play cards or moonopoly or scrable.. but first of all when we ussualy hangout we get drunk. but i want the setting to be alcohol free and casual. how do i invite them over? what do i say? how do i treat the situation?

This is going to be easier said than done, but just ask them straight out. Say, "hey, if you guys don't have anything to do we can hang out and play Monopoly" Maybe even offer to order pizza or something to make the night a little more fun. If a guy was to ask me over, a fun and non-compromising evening would call my attention. Perhaps you can first find out what their favorite activities are and you can arrange to do whatever it is they enjoy doing the most.

Sorry to say but you need the alcohol. Then its going to be boring. Because when your intoxicated you get relaxed and dont hold back things.

I just assume you are male.If one of them believes you have a crush on her and then you invite them over,she may get the wrong idea.Then if she finds out you don't it could get ugly.

when he hang out again just told him that no alcohol to be serve while you here in my house.
