Usually what happens is the female gives hundreds of subtle clues that she's interested (a lot of these can even be unconcious). The male picks up on these and makes a move. It can work both ways though, these days. As long as _someone_ makes a move, it doesn't really matter.

ANY! ... I made the first move just about every single time something came up. IF you don't make the first move you don't know if the chance will ever come back. I am of course 21 and of age lol... to do what i want and say what i want... but yeah... dunno if ur like 15 and wanting to know if u should make the move for sex? if so DON"T DO IT! ... Don't ever feel pressured to do anything u don't wanna.

you can't really ask that ,some time girls do sometimes guys do but i do believe in this rule for a kiss a guy should come 90% of the way then girl comes ten.
dont worry about who should make the move if u like each other it does not matter.

Normally, I would say it's equal. but I met this girl tonight that introduced herself to me. She was totally in to me, before I started talking to her. And I have to say, it kind of turned me off. I want to feel like a man. Approaching women and not knowing how they're going to respond is part of masculinity.

Of course I get rejected sometimes, but I'm always a man about it. And when I get the girl, it always means so much more.

In the end, as long as you're putting yourself out there and meeting people you're gonna be fine. (Most people on this site would rather chat about meeting people than actually get out there and do it themselves.)
