it is blue. it wont change. i click on the pick i had before but it wont do anything. i know how to change the background and everything but it wont change... help me!

are you a part of a business domain.....its possible they have set a policy....if you are home user...then its possible you installed any of those screensaver and wallpaper progs and it got stuck..

Well, I am half way understood ur question..Hope my Asnswer asloves.

1)
Go to your Desktop Properties - DESKTOP
On the right hand side you can see a Coulour window.. Pick what ever colur u need...


2)
If u get a blue screen during hte O/s booting Process..may be check your display card..It some times happens due to problem with Display Cards..

3)
Check your Ram..if it needs change CHANGE it..

4) Go to start-Programs - accessories - System Tools - System Restore..

Restore ur computer to ur earlier point where things all went well...

Dear in ur computer if nothing is solving ur problem then u should use the Bhram astra , the final solutio to every problem of the pc.
Format ur pc , it will also solve all other problems u facing on ur system, dnt format all the drives just the drive which contains the windows and secure other required data...

It sounds like there's a malware/spyware in your system preventing you to change the setting. Unfortunately the fastest way will be to re-install your OS, but make sure you save your data files before doing that.

Click left buttom and go properties then click dekstop to change wallpaper or blue.

click 'control panel'
double click 'display'
click 'desktop'
after choosing dont forget to click 'apply' then ok
