whether you'll be able to buy a new one is fairly unlikely. No doubt there are some knocking about somewhere but I doubt they'd be cheap. Try someone like Mini Spares or another specialist. Failing that, trawl scrapyards and local papers etc. You will probably be best off buying another Mini and using that as a donor if, of course, your current car isn't standard.
If it is a standard vehicle, cheapest option is to just find a new car, re-shelling either costs you a small fortune, or takes up months of your time!

If you mean its a rusty old banger the chassis is probably knackered too. If your serious about getting it "restored", go see a bodywork specialist, I'm sure they will tell you if its worth it.
