does anyone know where i can find the old oregon trail game available for download for mac osx?

You can play the original on a AppleII emulator at virtualapple.com. I haven't heard where a MAC version is. You can check my other answers and see the other sites I've found that offer the game and perhaps one will run on the MAC.
