I saw a news from a Chinese website, it says that American NASA had recieved electric wave from outside of solar system and the wave must was from a civilization , is it true?
some of people like play jokes, i doubt the truth of it

Yes, it is true, in fact right at this moment there is an armada of alien spaceships ferrying about 4 billion refugees from their home planet to Earth.
As is the case will all minorities on Earth, all 5 billion Earthlings will be required to learn the Qxttzyt language, adopt Qxttzyti customs and adapt to breathing a methane/xenon mixture. There will be no exceptions to this rule and any dissidants will be publicly shamed.
No Qxttzyti refugee will be required to work, instead they will be paid handsomely and enjoy all the rights and privilages that we Earthlings enjoy at this time.

We have received many unknown radio waves. Many of them were proved fake but some of them didn't have an explanation. Sadly they only lasted long enough to be picked up but not to be tracked down.
