hahahah!!! I love this question!!! lol!!!
OK, as soon as I saw it I would run past the black cat that crossed my path, stub my toe, step on a sidewalk crack, break a mirror, spill some salt, walk under the ladder and grab the clover -- hopefully it'll reverse the effects of all the bad luck!!!

I don't know about finding one under a ladder, but where I live, every year, (for over 20 years), I find just one big 4 leaf clover right in the middle of my back yard! I still have the first one sealed in plastic! It is all brown now but I still carry it in my purse!

Same thing that would happen if I saw in my newly broken mirror that there was a four leaf clover under the ladder....not a thing.
