Yes, hair can grow back even thicker than it was before. You can't prevent this but waxing your legs will keep you smoother longer than shaving will, although it involves a little pain.

yes.but it's not that more grows back.it just grows in thicker.so you have to make it finer.use nair or get them professionally waxed.don't wax at home.you'll just end up shaving in the end anyway.
