I was going to cook pork chops but we didn't have any so I fried some chicken breasts and mashed potatoes and brocolli and corn... yummm... But I like McDonalds too.

I made some chicken and salmon kabobs (you know, with onion, mushroom, and tomato skewered on them).. barbecued on the grill with some teriyaki sauce and creole seasoning (goes good on everything)... to go with it I steamed some summer squash and mini-zucchinis and served them with butter and yet more of the creole seasoning, all served lovingly on a bed of seasoned brown jasmine rice. No, I'm not gay, but thanks for thinking that!

I had a 6" Tuscan Chicken sandwich on the parmensan-oregano bread combo with the sour cream and onion Lay's with a Cherry-Coke to drink. Just thinking about is making me hungry...if only Subway were open at 2 am...I'd make a late-night run.

very last nighttime changed into very few sandwich wraps, yet tonight......the community keep had a sale on rotisserie chickens. i will slice it, warmth it up and that i'm making an excellent tray of roasted greens with garlic and Parmesan cheese.
