Aren't you tired of listening to people's negative and offensive opinions about LGBT people? About homosexuality being a sin and even offending them with being what we are?

What hurts me the most is not the empty words of people spewing meaningless bible verses or saying "gays are sick...etc". What hurts me is when the laws are getting passed banning marriage by these 70 year old judges who have no grasp on the real world. By gays getting married or simply having a relationship, what effect does that have on anyone else to stand up and say "You can't do that". This is America. It seems if I want real freedom, then I should move to Canada or England.

Yes. Especially here, where I would think this to be a great forum for GLBT folks, were it not spoiled by those who have come to "reform" us. They know they won't be changing out minds, they just want to discourage us from communicating.

I'm a gay male who is really a pretty inoffensive sort of guy. I go to church on Sunday and God loves me. I sin like everybody else, in my every day life, but trust me, my sexuality is the least of the aspects of my life that could be fixed. I could do more for the poor and the hungry, I could speak out more in favor of the oppressed (Look at what they (most the same people) are saying about immigrants these days). I could give more of my time to worthy causes. All of these things, God would like to see me work harder on. He's not so worried about who I love, he's happy that I love!

Yes, but then again this a forum where there is so called freedom of speech. Alot of the time it's about attention. As 'I can not think of an intelligent question or answer. So, I'll go for the easy option insult a few people...'

One word. FEAR. You won't live to see the day they get over it and move on to something else. How long did it take the world to accept that we're on a sphere, or that we revolve around the sun... hundreds of years. People are stupid in general. Close minded and very very afraid underneath it all.
I am for tolerance and equality for individual rights. What you do doesn't affect me, except when you hit on me thinking I must be gay, but I've learned to accept and deal with that too. It's not your fault that Im so hot. =)

Yes it's getting so tired and boring. People need to just get over themselves, and worry about the more important things in the world, such as world hunger, war, and poverty.

Not really. It upsets me but when I'm upset, I do something about it. It give me a chance to show them the truth and show the proof to back it up. But I will be happy when everyone knows the truth.

Totally. But they have the right to voice their opinions as much as we do (well, with the current administration, probably more so). We just need to respond maturely and informatively as we can.

Of course. It hurts to see humanity be so willing to resort to rejection rather than acceptance. The weakness speaks of themselves however.

No, I love it. It's like a powerful fuel! Oh wait, no I ******* loathe it with every part of me. It's one of the things that can raise me to instant rage.
