Unclebutch needs to shut up! No we're not immigrants unless we came here after we were born. If you're born here, regardless of color, you're a US citizen. But if you look at our ancestors than only the Native Americans aren't immigrants; everyone else came from somewhere else. But if you look farther back, Native Americans are descendants of people who crossed from Asia into America using the (now gone) Bering land straight. So technically, nobody's from America, we're all immigrants. It's just that Africans came as slaves, not by choice. So they were forced immigrants.

If Black are immigrants... we can consider White, too and the only people who are not immigrants are the Native American people. Immigrants are new settler or newcomer coming from foreign countries.

Not unless they've just come over here. If a black is born in the USA then they can't be considered immigrants.

It wasn't really by choice... but the first of the slaves I guess would be. And so would the Europeans who brought them. REMEMBER, only the native americans are NOT immigrants. This is and was their land!!!!!
So if anybody should go on a racist rant and proclaim, "those --------- need to leave!" It should be the native americans.

Depends.
They may be descended from the Indians that lived here in the US way before the other immigrants came...
Or they may be of African descent, coming from Africa.

No, they didn't choose to come (immigrate), they were brought here against their will (slave trade).
