OK, do this; go get yourself ready for bed, make sure your covers are straight and your pillow is fluffed, and crawl in. Lie on your back and stretch out full length. Now, close your eyes and clear your mind as best you can, and begin to construct a kaleidoscope. Concentrate and watch. At first there will only be flecks of color here and there, but, sooner than you think, there will appear more and more of the little squares until they begin to take form. Before long, you'll be able to manipulate your toy so that it will swirl and shift and the colors will run together to make new shades. Be warned, the world will try to intrude on your project, but, if your mind's on what you're doing, the distractions will all go away. You'll not even know when you drift off, nor will there be dreams to confuse you. you'll simply wake in the morning alert and refreshed. Try it, it works.

Try taking a warm bath or shower and then drinking a nice hot cup of herbal tea (no caffeine). Put on some very mellow music and curl up in bed with a good book . When you start to nod off, just put down the book and switch off the lamp. Sweet dreams!

I'm very tired and I think I'll go to sleep soon. Puting a fan next to my bed and having it blow on me while I listen to it helps me fall asleep for some reason. As well as having the window open and hearing the outside noises or any sort of dishwasher, fan, or runing water besides showers and toilets. I'm not sure why but water and wind help me sleep alot smoother and such.....heck people baisically can kidnap me and I wouldn't notice one bit if they had a dishwasher or fan running the entire time........I know it's wierd but I didn't choose to fall asleep to this.

It's 1:30 over here. I'm not tired either. I find that listening to music for a half hour or so while laying in bed makes me more tired and relaxed. Try that.

Nope its still early for me.
Try turning off everything and closing your eyes and imaging the ocean or some place where you can see yourself floating. You must be in bed for this to work.

nicely the reason your not slumbering at nighttime is because your taking naps after college so then your not drained in a lengthy time period. bypass the maps and your sleep progression will go back to commonplace. also you are able to be ingesting 2100 energy an afternoon rather of 3500.
