Yes, because love isn't determined by the genitals. All it signifies is the bodily function of reproduction (fertile) and the extra pleasure of sexual intercourse.

why couldn't a eunuch fall in love.Falling in love isn't connected to your private parts.
It comes from your brain and your heart,not whats between your legs.

Your question and comments show how important it is to not date anyone unless you know about their religion. I suggest you let this go and find someone who is more in tune with your beliefs. A eunigh is not sexless,he has simply been castrated.Many eunichs can have erections.they simply can't father kids.since they are human,they have emotions,and love is an emotion ,so logically they can fall in love.In a deep sense.
