the moon's atmospher is full of h2 wich mixed with co2 makes water wich will alow us to trees and reduse the co2 in the earths amtospher wich is cause golbal warming to decrease and it should also remove the amount of murcary on ur plant caused by polition and it kills fish a large part of world food and cultur and the moon is full of co2 in wich case if we keep on water a tree there we will have O2 and should be sutiable for humans to live on in a copule if years

Good idea but there are problems in your idea. One is the moon's gravity is not enough to hold in the air. Two, the time it would take for a whole atmosphere to take form would be hundreds of thousands of years. Good question.
