only if you are retaining water. drinking water doesn't make you retain more, just makes you pee more, fluching out impurities and helping you loose weight. If you are pmsing or something you may retain water but you can eat natural duiretics like aspargus and carrots to counter that effect.

The frame holds directly to matters it has little of. This is why persons who reduce fats out in their diets have a far tougher time wasting fats. The speak may be actual regardless that. An consumption of extra protein in so much persons will get handed via the frame. You can use this in your capabilities. If you drink significant quantities of water, your frame will notice that there's no scarcity of water, and can then flush water away. Once your frame is on this water flushing mode, you're going to seem leaner than you could or else. Try it for every week and you're going to see a change in the best way you seem.

No, you need to drink at least 64 oz. of water a day to be healthy and to lose weight. The trainer at my health club tells me that I weigh more if I'm dehydrated. You will be less bloated when you drink plenty of water.

If u put on weight with water, ur body may b in need coz of less intake previously.
Bt in general water can only clean ur intestines and fulfill ur need of water 4 ur body....
As u say 4 that bloated look, that may b due to excess intake of water.
Remmember 1 thing:
Excesses of anything is bad 4 health.
Let it b anything..... Ok dear?

Of course you put on weight by drinking water, water has weight, so until you take a leak, or sweat some of it out of your body, the lbs go up. Remember, you can actually drown yourself if you take in too much water into your system, within a fairly short time span, so go easy.

Actually, it's the opposite.
Drinking lots of water is the healthiest thing you can do.
It removes toxins from the body, and regenerates your cells.
Don't worry if your temporarily bloated.
It should't cause weight gain, unless a doctor says
you are retaining water.

Well the more you drink, the more you should pee, therefore excreeting the waste in the body and cleansing it of toxins. Unless you have a kidney disease, or another organ disease which would cause retention of those fluids, you shouldn't be retaining water or look bloated.
