prob. you are taking about folders created in mail servers.
click on folders then
it will show ur folders
there is add-edit option
click on edit and edit it
as yahoo mail provides

You mean on an e-mail service like hotmail? There's usually an option below the folders or in the Options page.

Right click on the desired folder and select properties then change what you would like with the corisponding tab.

i dont know which program you are referring to.....presuming that you are speaking about yahoo's folders.....you can do that by clicking the pencil symbol near to the folders name

you just right click on it ,then you choose to delete,rename,or paste other folders in it etc.
