Well, my blog basically have resources about online marketing and promotions. I have several articles that may be of help to you:

By the way, nice site. However, first things first: your browser is a little bit slow. I think this is because of the pictures and other graphics you have on your site. I am using a fast connection but still, a little bit slow for a site. Remember that online users' attention span only lasts for about 15 seconds, so make the most out of it by ensuring that your site guarantees easy navigation as well as user-friendly. You may want to reduce the pictures in your homepage. Or better you have to scatter the hard graphics to other pages by making "links". Also, your website lacks the company's overall character. You may want to put something "more" than just the site's title on your homepage. And I also suggest that you make your title a little more "active" to make better appearance on your site. If you really would want to make a "brand" start creating something that most describes your site. You may add your company's logo, if you want to. Your industry is a good niche. There are several ways to promote it by creating feature articles, or distributing newsletters to your valued guests. I hope these things will help you. Good luck! =)

Since you are trading timeshares and consider yourself an exchange company. How about advertising on Yahoo Finance or any other trading financial outlets or Major Financial Exchanges such as NYSE. Draw some sort of unique comparison between financial and timeshare trading.

suggestions:
1. Place your brochures in Hotels
2. A copy of a journal giving more details than brochure for all people who purchase a car during the next three months. Have a tie with car selling agencies.
3. Announce that a 5% reductin in rates for those who pay incometax of certain value because those are your customers.
4. Transport co., connnected with tourism will be offered a commission if temporary or permanent customers are brought
5. Waiver of 1% of the bill for staying for more than 3 days in the resort.
This gives you short term and long term customers.

The net is becoming to noisey to do any marketing.... there are ads everywhere, its just not effective

I suggest your company trys a publicity stunt! This will seperate you from other online trading agencies too! It can also be cheap or expensive depending on what you want to do. Have a think about where your customers are right now and how you could get their attention!

Good Luck! ;)

My suggestion ...

start writing articles and put them onto goarticles.com and other similar sites. Over time this will help you to learn how to explain what you do, it will also provide incoming links to your website and hopefully, targetted traffic too. If nothing else, it will probably help your search engine rankings by having more incoming links.

Good luck.

Maybe put it on EBAY, or direct mail usually works
