Usually when we have sex it lasts like 10 minutes and she never wants to do foreplay. Then when we are done she either rolls over and goes to sleep or she goes in the living room and watches ESPN and drinks beer. I am sooooo furious!! Please help.

I dont know about you dude, but that is awesome imho.
A wife who'll have sex during commercial breaks and then watch ESPN with you while enjoying beer is great!
However if that is really bothering you, maybe you can change the way you guys go into sex, for example the means of foreplay? The question may not be in whether she likes foreplay but WHICH kind of foreplay? A nice neck and shoulders rub always work for me.

I think you should talk to her about this. Tell her how you feel. Let her know that this hurts your feelings. By all means, don't attack, you'll only push her farther away. Ask her if there is something on her mind. It sounds to me like she's preoccupied. Maybe, she's interested in having a lesbian relationship, which has nothing to do with your manhood. You could probably be the best lay on the planet, but for her, she might have found that she prefers women. Outside of that, maybe there are financial issues, depression, female (reproductive organs) issues, a family situation, or something weighing so heavily on her mind that she doesn't quite know how to approach you with. If it turns out she prefers women, don't ask if you can watch or participate. That's just plain piggish and insulting. Talk to her about counseling, which will help you also, and understand that it has nothing to do with you. You probably haven't done anything wrong, which is why she continues to give herself to you. Trust me, if you were screwing up, you wouldn't be getting it at ALL...EVER. There is definitely something on her mind, you just have to know how to approach her maturely and confidently. It might be hard, but if you love her as your friend first, your wife second, you will be understanding.

To me it sounds like she wants sex but she does not want affection, at least not from you. Has she always behaved this way? If she has become less affectionate than she used to be it could be because she is trying to avoid an unpleasant emotion like sadness or anger. Could she be mad at you?
Your question is SO stereotypical of women's complaints about men that I can't help wondering if it is sincere.

You know.........I like to cuddle with my can of beer after sex too! Don't worry, after a few, you'll start looking like a can yourself and then she'll (burp) cuddle right up to you too!
HINT: Make sure there is enough in the fridge to get into cuddle mode!

Women usually act in bothering way when there aren't sure about their partners LOVE to them.
During day cuddle she without get into ******* as many times as possible .just try to prove your love to her .even small gifts can make her happy and she will believe that you think about her.

sounds like she's just...not interested in you or in having sex with you. that's really harsh but i'm afraid that by what you're saying it's true. maybe what you're doing isn't really exciting her anymore. try brushing up on a few new tecniques and talking about it with her.
