Well since theres no flights that are nonstop you have to consider how long your stop over is. Usually from boston you might have to stop over vancouver which is 5 hours then from vancouver to hong kong thats a whopping 12 hours. then from hong kong to cebu philippines is another 2. you do the math.. Also depending on which airlines you take your travel time varies.

Depends on how many flights you have and which way you are taking to get there. I am flying out of Boston this month, going to LA, to Hong Kong, to Cebu. Leaving at 6:30 p.m. from Boston and arriving there 2 days later at like 7:00 a.m. That is with the time change.

As there are no direct flights, you can consider Northwest Airlines via Detroit. The estimated flying time between Manila and Detroit is 17 hrs 15 min & Detroit to Boston is 1 hr 55 min. The return Boston and Detroit is 2 hrs 10 min & Detroit and Manila is 18 hrs 30 min. Hope this is helpful.

Having just completed this trip over a week ago:

We arrived at NAIA at 3:00 AM to wait in line at the Cathay Pacific reservation desk. After checking in and receiving our boarding passes we got to the gate at 5:00 AM to make our 6:50 AM departure.

We arrived at Hong Kong at 8:15 AM. We then transferred to our departure gate for our 10:15 AM flight to JFK. Instead of taking the circle route to Vancouver, we took the polar route.

Arrived at JFK around 2:00 PM. Passed immigration and customs, transferred our bags then changed terminals to make our 5:15 PM flight to Logan, arriving at 6:00 PM.

So, if you just include the flight and the transit time between flights, it took 23 hrs.
