They're just some tribals. Obviously, these people are not up to speed on things.

Flash art.. bl-eh but someone has to make it I guess. Those fall into the Tribal category because of their design, and because they are the solid black inkings. Those do not look evil at all, I mean one is even in a cross shape.
They actually look like they are for girls to me.
Paul Booth, HIS flash art looks evil.
Adam Puckett, his art looks wicked evil.
Sorry darling, but your ink isn't evil at all.
!,,! Keep trying though! !,,!
Try looking at some --real-- evil tattoos. You can find them by checking out our links page on our Aardvarks Tattoos & Body Piercing web site http://www.aardvarktattoos.com Look at the links page for bmezine and prickmag. They have some awesome galleries of ink, and body modification.
The long tattoos are tramp stamps, the lower back tattoo that is so disgustingly trendy right now for young women. They look nice, but just everyone and their sister has them now.
Tattoos also can not affect your health unless you have an already low immune system, HIV, or are sick with a cold or something. If you already had a low immune system though, your body would have to work just as hard as if you got bruised or cut while sick. (Just healing two spots instead of one). Your body does have to heal the tattooed area, no matter how great a job is done on it; but that doesn't compare to saying that tattoos can affect your health.
Same thing applies with body piercing, medical surgery, cosmetic surgery, getting a paper cut.. :)
A tattoo takes a few days - to a few weeks to heal.
The design itself sure doesn't affect the health though, nor does getting a tattoo for a normal healthy adult. So, I resent that myth being spread around.

It does not if choosen correctly and placed well and clear.
The form and style should suit you and compliment your assets like hair , face cut , body build. The choice also matters where the design is concerned. Try getting abstract design and not particular symbol or words. That does it.
The tatoo has some effect on the health so be careful but as for being evil it is none of that at all.

It depends on the viewer and the context. They could also be construed as looking like weapons..eg throwing stars or aliens.
oh and not all tribal based designs are geomteric in style that to depends on the ethnicity of origin. And the purity of form in how close they are to the actual ethnic style.
As an artist I design Maori artforms which are tribal in form. These are based from painted and carving heritage. However eary in the 19th century about half of my peoples art and carvings were destroyedas missionaries and colonists said they looked evil and were idols. It is just a way of expression.
I cant say I would have those tatooed on me though. And I do have tatoos and like them.
I have examples of Maori design on my 360 page or my site www.ethnic-aotearoa.co.nz. I have also custom designed tatoos in this style.

Yeah, I think it's because all of the edges stop with parts that are shaped like sharp points or horns. That usually gives people the sense that something is scary or "evil".

HI,JASON...THE TATTOOS PICTURE YOU SHOWED TO US ARE LOWER BACK,THE MOST PAINFUL PLACE TO PUT A TATTOO...YOU HAVE SOME THAT CAN GO ALMOST ANYWHERE ON YOUR BACK AND SOME THAT CAN GO ON YOUR LEG AND ON THE OUTSIDE FACING OUT ON ANY SHOULDER...I PLAN ON GETTING 2 TATTOOS MYSELF SOMETIME THIS MONTH...A TATTOO IS A PART OF YOU AND YOUR PERSONALTY...SO IF YOU WANT TO GET A TATTOO,MAKE SURE IT IS WHAT YOU WANT AND IT FITS YOUR PERSONALTY...BESIDES,IF SOME OF THEM LOOK EVIL OR SCAREY TO YOU...JUST DON'T PICK THOSES TATTOOS...

I live in Puerto Rico, am 56, and think I will get a tatoo of San Miguel on my arm but my wife would kill me. We are separated so I guess it boils down to the question if I wish to risk her anger or if I don't even care.
Not an easy decision.
