Junk food does not create zits on the skin. It's just a myth. It is hereditary. You can't cure acne. But you can keep it from coming up as bad. Wash your face daily. Try steam opening your pores and washing your face with soap and water or a facial cleanser if you have that. But greasy food may cause them. If you find that they are not bad one day and you eat a very grasey slice of pizza and they are really bad....lay off the greasey food...but junk foods are fine!......but they do help you gain weight....thats a reason not to eat so much junk lol! well im glad i could be of help byeeeee!

Well why don't you just try to make you a sandwich and just get your mind of the junk food...Or eat your food infront of a mirror so once you want some juhnk food you look in the mirror and that might change your mind about eating it..

you should see a dermatologist but if you are short of cash i suggest you try taking zinc pills they help acne also you might try drinking more water to flush your system and very old school but true don't touch your face with your dirty hands and change your pillow case very often as oil from your hair transfers to your face every night along these same line of thought wash off any surface that touches your face ie. cell phone house phone

junk has nothing to do with it, you have oily skin or you pores are clogged. use noxema or proactiv/acnefree(get at local CVS or RiteAID ect)
