I make the best burgers. We have a local meat market where everything is very fresh. I get ground sirloin and make great big patties, seasoned with Dales Steak Sauce and Lawrey's seasoning. Cook it on the grill. Stack it with fresh tomatoes, purple onions, dill pickles, real cheddar cheese, lettuce, mustard, mayo, and ketchup. YUMO

Brewbacher's Bar & Grill. Their burgers are huge! It's about 2 in. thick, and I love the one that has the sauteed onions, mushrooms, and melted swiss cheese. I get them to throw on the bacon, lettuce, and mayo, and wow...It's pure bliss. The burgers are so big, that I can only eat half at a time. But hey, leftovers are fine with me.

It is made out of a mixture of ground round and ground chuck or beef.( for fat, this makes it juicy and flavorable. I cook them on our grill. I love Wisconsin cheddar cheese, dill pickle slices, freh ripe tomato, shredded lettuce,Heinz ketchup. and homemade ranch dressing. Sometimes.I put homemade spicy chili on top.
