YES it is normal to question your sanity...
WHY?
Because the insane person would never question it.
To them the world is insane and they are the only normal ones.

In the modern world we live in it is definitely normal to question our sanity. In fact i dare say that we are obliged to question it. The world and society keeps on changing every day and things we used to think as irrational are presented to us in the most normal way and are incorporated in our lifes. As said, we can only handle so much. Don't be afraid the result is that you will understand yourself more.

Yeah... I did. So what's the question? Is it normal to question it? YES!
It is what you call INTROSPECTION. We do crazy things in our lives, isn't that enough reason to question our actions especially when that crazy that we did hurt someone?
Yeah! It's normal... I say people who don't question their sanity is abnormal.
But let me qualify this... WE SURE ARE NOT TALKING ABOUT PSYCHOSIS HERE, ARE WE? If not, then we're ok!

Oh yes, and yes I have questioned my own -- either out of exhaustion, frustration, or a panic attack. I know I've even done or responded to things in a goofy way before -- happens to almost all of us, we can only handle so much!

More times than I can count. But I can't say if it is normal, just that it is common for me.
