it is a grilled meat shredded to pieces and served in a bread with garlic and tahini sauce and pickles.. and maybe parsley and tomato... all in a sandwich...

Try this, on the gril, use the recipe for chicken shawarma, extra garlic and on the side, grill onions, Jalapenos, sweet peppers and such and mix the meat and veggies. Get a huge piece of thin pita bread and layer that thing like this,
1. Pita
2. Hummas
3. Arabic or Mexican Rice
4. Chicken Shwarma Meat
5. Grilled Pepper & Onion micture and roll it up like a burrito.
