My favorite biceps excercise is the concentration curl. This will add the peak to the middle of your bicep when done correctly. 3-4 sets of 6-12 reps works for me. Make sure you include negatives, which means helping with the opposite hand for the last 2-3 reps. The negative will add power, which will help you increase your future weight amounts, which will help your biceps grow.

Eat lots of Proteins: Eggs, meat, mutton, fish, peas, grams, soyabeans, prawns.
Drink lot of milk.
Exercise a lot in Gym.
Do more exercises of Biceps n triceps.
Ask for more Positions in which u can develop ur muscles.
That's only d way.

lift weights. biceps triceps and bench press. with biceps your jus curling up and down. with triceps you have the weight behind your head and you lift it up and down behind your neck!!
