no, you can't. the receiving station applies it's own subnet mask to the incoming address to derive the correct subnet.client information. with some exceptions such as routers exchanging routing information with certain protocols, etc. the "network" mask can be determined from the address itself in classfull ip addressing.

ya this 172.19.63.158 is privte ip
y cannot calculate za sebnet mask from just the ip exept in 1 case : if u know that this ip is classfull ....
if it is classfull .... which is going throught the internet ... so u can
class A : mask 255.0.0.0
clas B : mask 255.255.0.0
class C : mask 255.255.255.0

Use class C

255.255.255.0 This is the standard for most home users.
