Have you tried flirting with him, and teasing him? It's not all up to him. If you want it, you have to take it. Work him up a bit, do it with a teasing and seductive smile. Then run away into the bedroom, make him chase you and work for it. All it takes is a little refresher course for the husband sometimes.

Ok, first of all, if he isn't, why aren't you? You have to ignite the flame, some gentlemen are not romantic, that does not means that you should lay back. Be romantic yourself, he might like it, and you might find a big surprise.

I allwas believe that romance in a couple, is the best way to mantain a mariage. I'm very romantic, I like candles, roses, slow music( Barry White ). Dinner at candle light, come on be the first, try it, maybe he will change...

I doubt that your husband, no matter what you say to him, will suddenly become a romantic man.
Some men are, some aren't romantic. It's sad that you want romance, and he can't give it too you.
All you can do, is tell him, what you you would like. At least, then he will know, and loving you, will try harder to please you.
Just appreciate what you have, with him, and don't fret over, what he isn't. All you will do, is make yourself, and him, unhappy.
No one can change what a person is, just let him know of your feelings, and hope that he will do better in the future.

To start off the renewel, write him a letter, and ask him to do the same. Write about the things you have disliked about each other in the past, and what you would both like to see in your new marriage.

A good way to teach him to be a romantic..........for your vacation,
send him on a scavenger hunt.

The list to include:

A red rose
A card meant only for you (his choosing)
An outfit he would love to see on you (he'll pick out something he'd like to see you in)
Perfume he would like for you to wear (he'll have to test)
A poem to read to you on your vacation (he'll have to search or write one himself)

Those are just a few to start with........it will be a good adventure for him.

Did he used to be or not? If not, you made a mistake if you wanted romance to be one of your main needs.
