if so..how many hrs of work out is best to loose wt faster

If it is indeed possible, it will not be good. It is recommended to only loose 2 lbs. a week to really do it properly and to keep it off. Anything like 10 lbs. in a week would be dangerous and also you would have a larger risk of gaining it back & then some because you would most likely loose a majority of that weight being muscle tissue & that's not good for keeping it off. You want to loose fat...not muscle. BE CAREFUL! www.weightwatchers.com

yes, i lost 7 pounds in a week. but that was all muscle mass from having a week off from gymnastics. i bet you could lose 10 in 10, but i dont think its too good for your health.

um...yes it's possible, it's also really really dangerous. Weight loss really needs to be gradula, no matter how badly you wnat the results, or how fast. Loosing weight too fast can be really hazardous to your health.
