Why, when people see someone pick on someone else, they don't do anything about it?
(and I know my name is weird, but deal wit it)

I wondered that myself. I think they just don't care. Maybe they don't know what to say to stop it. Maybe they are thinking the same thing but aren't bold enough to say it to your face?
A long long time ago someone was making fun of me all the time and his friend told him to stop once but that didn't do much anyway and he didn't do anything else other than ask his friend once.
People should just be nice. I haven't always been. Before I was a Christian I thought, 'if I had the guts to say all that stuff, I would say it to them, I'd get back at them.' Truth was, I probably wouldn't have been that harsh. But then later on I just accepted that people are like that and a lot of people are mean and you just have to deal with it. Not saying that you should have to deal with crap, but it happens anyway. Someone that is being picked on needs to forgive the person who is only suffering from a lack of God and people need to do something to make this world a better place and stand up for good people, good things, good causes.

I think most people care, they just show it in different ways. Just look at Arlington cemetary where millions gave their lives to protect freedom. Or the civil rights movement. Just look around. It's not easy to be fearless, but we're out there.There is always a time to stand up and be counted. Perhaps one day you will too.

because some people are just to scared to get picked on themselves they dont ever want to be the butt of a joke i cant say i watch i usually stand up for the person if i can

Because in this day and age people are too interested in their own well being to help eachother, and in some cases people will actually delight in another's misery, as it makes them feel as if they have more than the other!
It's the "me" generation, they call us.
That and liability issues.

Some people do care but they might feel like they shouldnt interfere.

a true story :- a friend of mine saw three guys beating up one guy, he went to help the guy being beaten and was beaten up himself. brave or stupid?

cuz ppl basically suck. it takes effort to care and it's very easy to just turn your head.
