AVG can identify it, but it can't delete it, and i need virus info. free tools pls, thanks

The reason AVG is, probably, not removing it is it can't access Hidden files, folders ans restore points. These are the areas that parts of the Malware a hidden. After the removal process the Malware is downloaded again or just restarts. Also, never try to remove Malware while you are connected to the internet. Physically disconect your connection or use Safe Mode to break the connection. The site will walk you through the procedure of properly scanning and removing the Malware, and then link you to registry repair programs to repiar damage done by the removal. It also walks you through deleting and resetting a new restore point. Just use your AVG instead of the programs she lists. You can use any AV or AS program with this procedure, so if AVG does remove it , then try others.

hi, i feel sorry to tell you that No free software can remove it.
i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox cannot remove the spyware, but it can disable this spyware to run, because the virus can only run on IE.
besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.
firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

hi, perhaps you can try norton or Macfee, or spyware doctore to remove spyware, these three software all need a fee to use..

No no, don't pop it. Thats by no means well. Honestly, a few well facial wash could be nice. Neutrogena face cleaning wash or some thing is what I use. It rather is helping. Just wash your face, hold it blank and recent.
