when and where you feel comfortable just make sure its with protection and with someone you wouldn't mind to be a parent with. I know it sounds gay but trust me i've seen MANY MANY people get children cause they wanted a little fun. Its not worth it if its just random and unprotected. Good luck and be safe.

Got drunk 1st semester of college and def wasn't ready for it. Fortunately there was protection. Regret? Yup, was with someone i didn't care about
