It started with Riceboypage.com. Ricing out a car is usually trying to style a car so that it looks fast, without actually making it go fast. Common examples of ricing cars out include putting on very large and unnecessary wings, applying stickers that say your car has a performance package or mods it doesn't actually have, or hiding your drum brakes behind fake crossdrilled brake discs.

That means do not make your car japanese. Ever seen the movie the fast and the furious? Those cars were rice burners. They are riced out. :) Get it yet?

That is all that means.

It means that your car looks really nice and cool, but it cant show for it. It can talk the talk, but cant walk the walk. In otherwords you wouldn't race it but you would take it to a car show.

That means don't modify and customize it too much. If you want to get technical, it's a really backhanded racist term.
