The world would stop, everything, and anything would not move. It would be at the same position in which it stops. If a apple fell 3 ft apart and if time stops the apple, it remains at 3 ft forever when ever the time starts againthen it would continue its process.

Time is not an absolute reality. It is merely an invented device of measurement. For better understanding, you can liken it to a centimeter or a mile. Man has created these devices of measurement to categorized and organize our environment for convenience sake.
