since i have had my old motorola for about a year and a half i want a new more "modern" phone.But.....i dont know which to get...my siblings say the sidekick 3 and my friend says the razr but i really want to know what u think? which phone should i get and why? Oh yeah and is it better on a plan or prepaid? THNX ALOT!!!

Ok, people who are telling you to get the RZR probably never had one themselves, I had one - not a good phone at all. I don't know now since Verizon just updated them - but IF YOU HAVE THE CHANCE i have heard that the SideKick 3(SK3) is a veryy good phone for everything. Do not buy the RZR -- you will be happy with it for the first 2 weeks than you will get sick of it. Anything but that. ALSO - Verizon has a new phone - the LG "Chocolate" it is a slider phone integrated with an MP3 player kinda resembling an iPod - very cool. Haven't seen/tested it so can't tell you about performance. But I can say the RZR's is pathetic and horrible. GL!
oh yeah and only get a 1year activation plan so that way if you get sick of the phone you don;t have to wait TWO YEARS to update, cuz you know cooler phones will come out soon after you get yours...it happens to the best of us!

Get a plan because you don't have to keep track of mins. as closley and you don't have to run out to the store and buy minuites all the time. As for what phone to get $300. for a sidekick 3 is STUPID. The Razr is really cool and if you go to the right phone company at the right time you can pick one up on sale for $50. Also if you like music a lot you could get a phone called the Rokr it's thinner than a razr and can hold up to 100 itunes

Well I have a razr, and it's fun. However I've just read a couple of articles that are recommending the pebl phone. If you need one that is more versatile, and one that you could use for email/scheduling etc - I'd probably go with the sidekick.

Get the RAZR, it's super slim and very stylish. Sidekick is only good if you text message alot. It's quite bulky so not very easy to carry around. I've done survey after survey and found that Cingular or Verizon are good. T-mobile and Sprint are not so good. I just signed up yesterday for my phone with Cingular. I can't wait to get it. I'm getting a Motorola V3 razor phone with a $99.00 rebate, so it's actually FREE!

I have a Razr and they aren't great, bad connection, and crappy pictures, I would totally suggest the Sidekick ... prefferably the Juicy Couture one! Hope it helps :]

if you plan to txt a lot, then get the sidekick. otherwise, get the razr.

You should get a boost Razr, or nextel, they're both good
