if two people love each other and it is their wish to get married than theres not much that can stop it. Religious beliefs and cultures may have your parents upset, but true love waits for no one.

The best person to ask is the preist of the Orthodox church you attend. If you have to ask a question like that online, then I doubt you're much of a church goer. I know the Orthodox church does allow differetn christain religions to mary the Orthdox person, but I don't know about muslim. They might. You would totally need to ask the church directly, hence they are the ones that would be marrying you.

According to organized religons, neither side is really allowed to marry for the most part. I would recommend being very cautious in such a decision since marriage is hard enough without a lot of conflicting background issues. But in Utah noone would not let you into a mosque or church for marrying outside of your religon.

kee pin mind all religion are of mans making, not God or Allah, they intrpet old scrolls to books which then major religions are based on, for any relgion to work it mean you must believe in all of their values, if you do not it's one of 2 things, either you are weak.. or you are human and figure these man made laws are flawed ( as most are ) and thus the restriction of marrying outside of your religion. it does help if your bride to be is the same religion, it does make it easier, it does not however guarantee a divorce free life, women are far too independant now a days reguardless of faith to demonstrate that. you must aks your self if you belive in such restrctions, weather or not you can live with upsetting you parents ( and hers ), how much you value tradition and the values of your respective religions, and it you feel it's worh the enevitable conflicts you evetually have should you pursue her.
