Why in the world would you want to have somebodies home condemned. That would throw them in the streets and no matter how bad the structure is it is a home and that will keep them in a little shelter. I would not want my worst enemy's home destroyed no matter how bad I disliked them. Instead of trying to condemn it try to fight to get it restored restoring a place is not as expensive as it may seem furthermore I am tired of seeing all of the old historical homes being destroyed to build a wal mart or parking lot. The historical society in catoosa county will probably even help in restoration if it is deemed historical.
