Oh my--- this is going to be hard to explain. I will give you one that I learned when I was 4/5 in my first year of cheerleading.

This is a simple one. The cheer itself is in quotations.

Line up the cheerleaders in a straight line before the bleachers... side by side (horizontal).

"H" (arms stright above head to make an 'H')
"E" (arms to the side to make an 'E'. Lifting leg out to the side to make the bottom of the 'E' is optional.)
"L" (one arm above head, one harm out to form 'L')
"L" (move side arm from previous 'L' up to 'clap' with the arm above head, then being it back down to the side to reform the 'L')
"O" (arms above head to make an 'O')
"Hello!" (disconnect the 'O' bring arms back to the side-- not straight down- rounded. This is exaggerated disconnect.)

[repeat]
"H"
"E"
"L"
"L"
"O"
"Hello"

"Glad to meet you!" (saute from the brow with the right hand-- like in the military)
"Glad to greet you!" (take the right arm from the salute and hold it out like a handshake- fingers together. Lift the left arm straight out to the side and swing it forward to connect with the right hand in a clap)

"From..." (at this point, the first cheerleader in the line introduces herself by first name and does a move.. ie some kind of jump and a split or whatever. She holds the end position. Then the next cheerleader in line says her name and does a move. Then on and on until the end of the line is reached. At the end, everyone jumps up and does the normal end of cheer "wohoo" clapping/jumping up and down and so on.

Note: It looks better if everyone does a different move after they have said their name.

I hope this helps... and I hope I have written it in a way you can understand! ;)

Good Luck!
T.
