Take I.T. as an infrastructure technology. Once an infrastructure technology reaches the end of it's buildout, it becomes a commodity, and therefore will not yield any competitive advantage. Do you agree?

yes, but eventaully in our technological society and the desire to simplify to make things more accessible, everyone will know all the IT they need to know and a lot of people will be looking for work

ohh it matters as long as you dont reach the end of its buildout - like you put it
and as long as people in question choose to push the limits and not admit that they reached the end.... guess it should matter!
And frankly, technology is not science..
its by definition a commodity..only people find innovative ways of using those commodities..

Amos 3:7 certainly our lord god does not something, till He shows His secret to His servants the prophets. I certainly have examine Scripture from conceal to cover. The prophets let us know of the introduction. the autumn. The redemption. the affection of God. the tip cases whilst He comes back for His human beings. His prophets on no account say something approximately existence on different planets. Sorry. It in simple terms isn't there.
