hi ...i used to have the same problem ...what i do is use a type of baby cream or johnsons baby cream and just moisturise the area 2 or 3 times a day eventually the dark spots begin to lighten...its a great way ...but it myt take some time for the dark areas to go depends how dark they are

I don't know about cream...but about natural n herbal remedy..
cut a lemon into two halfs...sqweez more than half of the juice..
and rub it harshly on ur elbows and knees...
lemon is known for its characteristics to naturally lighten the skin..
but then it will give results in long time but for long time...

The natural way:
1. Rub with limejuice, leave for10-15 minutes. Soak a towel in hot water and scrub firmly.
2. Mix 1 tspn coconut oil with ½ a tspn of limejuice. Apply and wash in the same way with a hot towel.

yeah, wut u need to do is cut a lemon in half and take one half and like push ur elbow into it, and turn it around on ur elbow. do this one both elbows and knees. it'll help immensley!

cut one lemon and rub on each elbow.it takes time one or two months but its really amazing .i have also this problem but i try this and it works
