People do stupid things all the time it's just not on the front page of the paper. I can't think of one person who has never made fun of someone at sometime in their lives and never made a bad choice. Did he make a jackass out of himself yes but oh well. If he makes a movie and it looks good enough to go see, yes I will go see it, if I had to avoid or boycott every bad choice a person made or said I should just pack my bags and live in the woods.

Driving while drunk and risking his life when he has a family waiting at home, not to mention the possibility of killing someone else.
Saying slurs against women and religious groups, while claiming to go to church every day.
I'd say he's a jackass.

Not, had a bad day, had too many drinks on top of it and said something he didn't mean. (You can't tell me none of you have ever said anything hurtful to someone and not really meant it)

No he is not, he was drunk and said something he didn't mean. It's not his fault. Everybody says something they don't mean when they're drunk. Just hope hollywood understands that which I think they will.
