I have recently filed for a divorce. My husband will not stop emailing me! He oftens says that he will "win this fight", I will be the one to lose in the long run, and other offensive things of this nature. I am scared he will try to do something to me or my daughter. My attorney has informed his attorney of his actions and requested that it be stopped. Is their anything that I could do in order to stop this. Am I entitled to get a restraining order or is there not enough "hard" evidence of a threat? Also could I file an aggravated harassment charge against him? Thank you so much.

I would go to the police station and tell them that you do what a restraing order and that you are afraid that he might do something. I think you might have to have the judge appoint that though. I'd ask your lawyer and just tell him that is what you want done.
