If you look really carefully at the fine print you will be surprised. That supposed 100,000 mile tune up means plugs, wires, injectors removed and cleaned or replaced as needed, new piston rings, main bearings, and rod bearings, new coil packs, new gaskets, cylinders honed if needed and new pistons if it needed, ect., ect.
Now, when I was growing up, this was called a rebuild. I guess whatever it takes to sell cars, eh?
