Here is an old trick....you need a fan, water and a freezer.
Put a couple of large plastic bowls of water in the freezer and let them freeze. Sit the bowls in front of a fan and let the air blow across the ice and onto you. It's like a mini A/C.

well,we could run a tube from my house to your,i just bought a new air conditioner,we could use it as a phone too,or you run copper tubing through the bottom of your house and hook a fan to one end and the other end back into the house,that would probably be a very low energy consumption air conditioner

take cool showers and stand in front of the open refrigerator...turn on the AC and some fans...and don't move around alot.

Fan yourself with something. Use a clean spray bottle with water in it to spray yourself every once in a while. Put damp towels on yourself.

Wet towels & put them in the freezer, then when they get nice & cold alternate between wrapping yourself in them.
